(Gifted) Reasons why to stay at the Staybridge Suites in Newcastle as a long haul guest.

Last week I was kindly invited along to the 10th birthday of the Staybridge suite’s at their outstanding hotel in Newcastle on Buxton Street.

The Staybridge Suites has been listed as the city’s second top hotel on comparison site Trip Advisor. And I’m not shocked at this in the slightest, as you walked though the reception doors of the staybridge suite, The staff are overly welcoming and super friendly. The reception area brightens up your day instantly with it‘s wonderland inspired layout, I felt extremely at home and super comfortable which is a great key point when looking to rent a suite/hotel especially when your a long haul guest.

We were kindly showing the suites they had to offer, This room below being the one bedroom apartment. This one was my favourite as the living area was divided from the bedroom which makes it more homely.

They really have tried to make this one at home for their long term guests. Television is provided in all suites so the guests can still keep up to date with their soaps or reality tv. They also have a kitchen with all of their suites, this is a great facility to have which means you have the choice of making your own meals.

And they also have a bath in their one bedroom suites, I do love a bath over the shower.

One bedroom apartment:

They also have a twin room that I was kindly allowed to view, The twin room is open planned but still has a sofa and tv for your living room aspect and a kitchen area.

The only difference apart from the fact it is open planned, it has a shower rather than a bath. The room also has a wardrobe space which is provided in all the rooms also.

All suites have room service and I know they all have their own kitchen and town centre is walking distance but with their catering team you wouldn’t want to go elsewhere. I was kindly treated to a buffet whilst at the 10th birthday, I had honey battered chicken and chorizo and tiger prawns with a side of salad. The food was mouth-wateringly delicious to the point we had to go back for seconds.

I would highly recommend the Staybridge suite at Newcastle and when looking at hotels in the future this will be one I will keep my eye open for.
